Dinner and overnight at the HOTEL MASIA CAN VIVE
Sunday
10:00 hr. Meeting at the hotel Mas Vivé Opening and Presentation.
10:15 hr. Introduction and practice of Kundalini Yoga
11:30 hr. Coffee break Natural juices and tea.
12 hr. to 13:30hs. Outdoor Yoga and Meditation workshop and meditative walk.
13.30 hr. Lunch break (included in the price).
14:30 hr. Free time to walk around, rest.
End of services.
CONDITIONS AND REMARKS
In case you have your own Yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and a lot of desire to have fun, rest, share and enjoy.
We have mats available.
