The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day the contract is concluded. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory. You also have the option of completing and submitting the model withdrawal form or any other unambiguous statement electronically via our website https:\/\/barcelonaartoftravel.com. If you use this option, we will promptly notify you on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) of receipt of such withdrawal. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the notification relating to your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the relevant period. ATTENTION: The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to the provision of services, once the service has been fully executed. If you have requested that the provision of services commence during the withdrawal period, you will pay us an amount proportional to the part of the service already provided at the time you have notified us of your withdrawal, in relation to the total subject matter of the contract.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consequences of withdrawal:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund the payment received, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
