This activity will agitate the members of the group to get the positive out of each one, help them get out of the comfort zone, out of the rigidity in which they have had to face, freeing them from tension and giving them the opportunity to click on where they are motivational, as well as identify their best strengths.<\/p>\n\n

In a first level or phase, the expert will instruct them with the necessary tools and concepts about the main challenge around which the activity revolves, and then in a second phase put everything into practice by organizing the teams, preparing the boat and rowing seeking to enhance the group cohesion of the teams and the personal growth of each of the participants.<\/p>\n\n

At the end of the experience, with a meal served in an exclusive private room with the same Coach who will energize the group, ending this experience with a flourish.<\/p>\n\n

This team building that we offer is an activity aimed at work teams with the aim of helping to integrate and lead the members of a team, in an activity at sea through the sport of ROWING:<\/p>\n\n

MAIN ACTIVITY
1. Previous introduction to the sport of rowing.<\/p>\n\n

2. Practice with the ergometer.<\/p>\n\n

3. Introduction to basic technique, coordination and postural control.<\/p>\n\n

4. Introduction to rowing using rowing simulators.<\/p>\n\n

5. Rowing in Catalan Llagut.<\/p>\n\n

5.1 First technical part.<\/p>\n\n

5.2 Second part: competition between the two boats or, in the case of one, two timed tests are carried out with the aim of beating the time of the first.<\/p>\n\n

6. Water output and group analysis.<\/p>\n\n

7. Completion of the activity.<\/p>\n\n

8. Awarding of Prizes.<\/p>\n\n

9. Shower at the club.<\/p>\n\n
