Yoga & Meditation Workshop
<\/strong><\/p>\n

Do you want to treat yourself to a moment that gives you peace and tranquility<\/strong>? We offer you a unique and singular experience, to discover an intimate space, where you will give priority to yourself.<\/p>\n

This workshop invites you to disconnect and enjoy Yoga in the middle of nature in<\/strong> a conscious way.<\/p>\n

We will look for the absence of stress in the calm of the environment, close our eyes, fine-tune our sense of hearing, taste, smell and breathe deeply to feel the present and connect. These elements and a meal with soul<\/strong> will be the ingredients to achieve immediate relaxation, to enjoy the present moment and a Mindfulness session.<\/p>\n

We will also work on special topics: how to dissolve negative stress, rediscover inner power, manage your inner states, balance emotions.<\/strong> All through Yoga and Meditation.<\/p>\n

To reconnect with our essence, renew our energies, rejuvenate, rest, recover our inner power. <\/strong>A reunion with your interiority, communication, and the dissolution of obstacles that prevent you from carrying out your projects.<\/p>\n

Yoga session on Sunday morning.<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Saturday <\/strong>we will relax with bed and breakfast including the activities: Guided Meditations, 15 min personalized Coaching session with proposals for shared relaxing activities, outdoor pool and Spa (optional).<\/p>\n

Sunday is the YOGA AND MEDITATION WORKSHOP – at 9 am and we return on Sunday <\/strong>around 6:00 pm.<\/p>\n

One night’s accommodation on Saturday with breakfast. Spa (optional) access to the outdoor pool. Activities. (Check prices per person and shared double room).<\/p>\n

Coordinator: Yoga teacher and wellness expert.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dates: <\/strong>Saturdays to Sundays at 9 a.m.<\/p>\n
