Our route takes us to Figueres, the birthplace of a genius. Few artists have been as fascinated with their homeland as Salvador Dalí was with the Empordà. We will visit the Dalí Theatre-Museum, a space that, in the words of the artist himself, is “an absolutely surrealist object”. After enjoying some of its best works and intriguing illusions, we’ll head to the Cap de Creus Natural Park, a picturesque landscape shaped by the whim of the north wind and full of activities, such as hiking to observe nature and wildlife, wine tasting at sunset, and kayaking to discover the park from the water. We will choose to walk a section of the mule path that is part of the spectacular Caminos de la Ronda on the Costa Brava. Peralada, Villabertrán, Cadaqués…
These are some of the most hidden and beautiful places in the Alt Empordà.
Perelada: Since the fourteenth century when the most important reforms of this castle-palace began, which led to the disappearance of the traces of the old main floor. You can see the three fundamental works that have marked it: the two towers and the wall of the north face from medieval times, that of the main façade from the Renaissance period and the last extensions after the purchase of the Barcelona financier Miquel Matéu i Plá.

Villabertran – Palau de l’Abat.
Recognized as one of the best Gothic-civil buildings in the region, it was fortified as early as the 15th century. Due to its religious characteristic, it was the tomb of the Counts of Rocabertí. Remains of the walls that defended it remain.
Visit to the monastery and the museum.
Lunch at “Mas Pau,” a typical restaurant surrounded by gardens, and hidden behind the village.

Castell de Rocabertí: Documented in 948, only a few remains of its walls erected in a rocky area are preserved. It is the centre of such a famous lineage that it took until 1109 to appear with Dalmau de Rocabertí
Cabanes Castell de Cabanes: Documented in 935 as part of Peralada County. He was part of the influence of the Viscounts of Rocaberti.
Vilajuiga Castell de Quermancó: Documented in 1078 The castle, perched on a craggy hill, preserves a square master tower with battlements and machicolations, a hall with arcades and several towers and a cistern

The winery, in Catalan Celler, was founded more than 70 years ago, by a group of winegrowers who wanted to improve and revalue the wine they produced.
They offer wines such as: Macabeo; White wine, Muscat, red crianza, wine tastings are carried out in the same wineries.
