Green City Routes combines art and urban parks, a walking tour of the most emblematic urban parks in the Montjuïc area. We will visit the Olympic Stadium and the Joan Miró Foundation and for the more advanced visitors we will finish at the Castle of Montjuïc.
The Laribal Gardens, from 1923 onwards, integrate several spaces, such as the garden of the Font del Gat, the Roserar de la Colla del Rice, the stairs of the Generalife or the Garden of Sant Julià. These 3 gardens are next to each other and also have a splendid view of Barcelona.
The Lliure Theatre in Montjuïc, where the French landscape architect Jean Claude Nicolas Forestier took advantage of an existing quarry to turn it into an open-air space, inspired by the Theatre of Epidaurus.

Joan Miró Foundation where we will stop for a break. With visit on request.
We’ll continue our route to the Olympic Stadium and finish at the Acclimatization Garden.
For more advanced trekking visitors, the final destination will be El Castell de Montjuic.
