We offer you a forest bath privately or in a group. Let yourself relax and feel all the elements of nature.
We will use all 5 senses, you will touch, smell, listen, taste and observe, of course! In return, we will reduce stress and relax our mind and body.
The Japanese first named this ancient practice: Shinrin-Yoku, some of its scientifically proven benefits reduce stress and accept our being in communion with nature. They also reduce anxiety and other symptoms common from the 21st century onwards… Humans adapt, but they become a little clumsy when deprived of nature.

Forest Bathing Activity
Forest bathing activity is a trekking in the forest. This activity can include a picnic as the only table in the woods.

It reserves the right to suspend or modify the activity when weather and safety conditions require it. In case of inclement weather we will propose the change of the activity in its entirety to another date, to be agreed, 5 days in advance.
